Sheet Pan Shrimp

This is such an easy way to cook up a shrimp dinner. I love this for a Mardi Gras Dinner served with an easy Mixed Salad, Sautéed Veggies, or Sausage Gumbo if your going for a celebration vibe!

Serves about 4 people as an appetizer or side dish

Ingredients

1 pound uncooked Md/Lg Shrimp (I use deveined, tail on)

6 Cups Water

3-4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Large Lemon Quartered

2 TBSP Creole Seasoning (There are many to choose from, just check the sodium to be low or no sodium)

1 TBSP Mixed Pickling Spice (Whichever is your favorite…or find a DIY recipe online)

1 TBSP Grass Fed Butter/Olive Oil/Ghee

How To

Add Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Seasonings, and Butter/Olive Oil/Ghee into a large pot/saucepan and bring to a boil.

Squeeze the Lemon Juice from Lemon, then add whole Lemon quarters to pot.

Add Shrimp and boil for 3-4 minutes if frozen (2-3 minutes if fresh).

Drain Shrimp and discard Lemons.

Lay them in an even layer on a parchments lined sheet and dust them with 1 TSP of Creole Seasoning with lemon wedges and favorite cocktail sauce.

ENJOY!!!
