Energy Balls

I love having these in my fridge all week. (Which means I have to make them about 2-3 times a week!) My kids love them, my athlete hubby loves them, and even I can eat them…No gluten, no dairy, no wheat! YAY!!!

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cup GF Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 Cup Flax Seeds (Ground works well too, just add 1 Tbsp more Honey or water)

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Raw Honey

1/2 Cup Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond-Be sure there is little to no sugar)

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)

THE HOW TO

Prepare a baking sheet with silicone mats (or parchment paper)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. (You will get an arm workout)

Roll mixture into golf ball size balls and place on baking sheet.

Place baking sheet in fridge (uncovered) for about two hours.

Enjoy. (Place remaining balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days-if they last that long!)
